Shipping Policy
We offer standard shipping across Ontario and Quebec subject to a $10 flat shipping rate. All other provinces are subject to a $15 shipping rate.
If you live in the Listowel area, you can pick up your order for free by choosing "Listowel Contactless Pick up" at checkout. When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email from JIMWEAR with instructions to set up a pick up date and time.
If you live outside of Canada, we have a flat International Shipping rate of $25. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Return &
Exchange Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase as long as the product is unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Clearance, sale and pre order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are eligible for return or exchange can be shipped back to JIMWEAR and we will process the return or exchange once we receive the package.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please send us an email with your order number along with the name on the order. Let us know what item you would like to return or exchange and we will send you the shipping address for you to return the item. The cost of return is to be paid by the customer.
